A New York State Trooper is OK and has returned to duty after being dragged for about a mile by an ATV, the driver of which ignored the Trooper’s orders to stop. State Police supervisors in Troop A (western New York) said the Trooper shot the ATV driver during this incident, and the man later died from his injuries.
