The NYS Troopers PBA mourns the loss of one of its members who was killed in the line of duty this morning in Tonawanda, outside of Buffalo, NY. Trooper Kevin P. Dobson, age 43, a 14-year veteran assigned to Troop A – SP Clarence Interstate Patrol was struck and killed by a passing motorist on I-290 at approximately 7:30 a.m. while issuing a summons during a vehicle and traffic stop. Our condolences are with Trooper Dobson’s family, friends and fellow Troopers.
