Funeral services will be held today and tomorrow for Capt. Christopher J. Garrow, who passed away on June 12, 2023 from an illness as a result of his response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Captain Garrow, 47, became a member of the New York State Police in 2000, served for 23 years and was most recently assigned to Troop B, SP Ray Brook. His passing will be considered a line-of-duty death.

The thoughts and prayers of the entire NYSTPBA membership go out to Captain Garrow’s family, friends and former coworkers.
