The search for suspected Trooper shooter Ralph “Bucky” Phillips continues in western New York. There is a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Phillips, who is suspected of shooting New York State Trooper Sean Brown during a traffic stop in the early morning hours of June 10. Trooper Brown was shot in the abdomen and thankfully, his wounds were not life-threatening.
