Funeral arrangements have been made for Trooper Kevin P. Dobson, who was killed in the line of duty on March 26. He was struck and killed by a passing motorist on I-290 while issuing a summons during a vehicle and traffic stop. Trooper Dobson, 43, was a 14-year veteran assigned to Troop A – SP Clarence Interstate Patrol. Our condolences are with Trooper Dobson’s family, friends and fellow Troopers.
