Contract Update

The PBA has completed two mediation sessions with New York State and has communicated its demands through the Mediator. We are awaiting the State’s response (which we had hoped and expected to have been received by now). We will let you know soon whether an agreement has been reached and, If so, provide the proposed agreement to each of you for your consideration and subsequent ratification vote.
