Academy Incident

All members are undoubtedly aware of the incident that occurred at our Cazenovia academy, which was covered by the Albany Times Union. Your safety is our highest priority. To that end, we have sent the enclosed letter to Superintendent James detailing our concerns about hiring and eligibility standards. The Superintendent has advised that some changes have already been implemented. While this is encouraging, it’s critical that we have transparency about the hiring process.

PBA Baseball Night

On Thursday, September 26th the PBA will be hosting PBA night at Yankee Stadium. Tickets will be $200 and will be limited to 2 per member. Each ticket will gain you entry into a luxury suite the PBA has secured along the first base side of the field. Inside that suite all food and alcohol will be included for 90 minutes prior to first pitch until 45 minutes after the game ends. All suite tickets have special entry points at the stadium and private elevators for our box. There are only 100 tickets that will be sold for PBA night at Yankee Stadium.  The game is the final game between the Orioles and Yankees and could help determine first place. Come out and enjoy yourself with some of your fellow Troopers.
