Members LoginThe NYSTPBA mourns the passing of Trooper Joseph J. Gallagher, who succumbed on March 26 to his injuries received in the line of duty on Dec. 18, 2017 after being struck by a vehicle while assisting a motorist. He leaves behind his family, numerous friends and co-workers.
