Today family, friends and co-workers gathered together at the Castle Creek off ramp (Exit 7) of I-81 to celebrate and honor the life and sacrifice of Trooper Christopher G. Skinner with a dedication of the bridge at that location near where he lost his life in the line of duty a little over a year ago.

The dedication was made possible through Troopers PBA-sponsored legislation.

This simple act will ensure that present and future generations will have a daily reminder of Trooper Skinner’s sacrifice as they pass through this area.
