Passing of former NYSP Superintendent Thomas Constantine

The New York State Troopers PBA was saddened to learn of the passing of Thomas A. Constantine, who served as the Superintendent of the New York State Police from 1986 – 1994. After that, he went on to serve in the federal government in various capacities. We send our condolences to Superintendent Constantine’s family and friends.
