The State Troopers PBA continues to mourn the loss of Trooper Donald R. Fredenburg, who died while training with the New York State Police. The calling hours for Trooper Donald R. Fredenburg will be held on Wednesday, March 18, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 2222 Genesee St., Utica, NY.  The Funeral will be held on Thursday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at the same location. Burial will follow at Cavalry Cemetery, 2407 Oneida St., Utica.
